The seven step is one of the coolest footwork moves in the game. You will need to have the six, three, four, and two step down before you will look smooth doing lucky number seven. It is very easy to recognize and you probably have scene it before and never realized how it was done. So I am happy to present to you…

To do this move you should start off in a push up position with your knees bent slightly.

• First, lift your left hand and take your right leg and step it threw towards your left hand.


• Pay attention this is what makes the seven step one of the best. Now take your left leg and swing your hips inward as you place your left leg parallel and shoulder width apart from your right with your shoulders facing inward.


• Take your right leg and kick it out strait while you untwist your hips outward. You should now be crouched with your right leg extended and your body weight on your left leg.


• Next, bring your right leg in. You should be in a modified crab stance.


• Now, kick your left leg out and then sweep it in front of your right foot. Actually, the rest of this move is just steps four, five, and six of the six step


• Step back with your right leg.


• Then take your left leg and uncross your legs completely. This puts you back in a push up position.

To really make this one look great there is a couple selling points. First you need to have the hip swings down in steps three and four. Also if you hop a little bit while going from step three to step four you will add some great looking flavor to this step.

Do not get discourage if you are having problems with this step. Chances are you need to go back over all the other footwork moves to really get a grip on this sweet step.
